Taste the spirit of the Philippines in the sunshine of Chatham from the same duo of Mom & Pops Burgers.
Aplaya Kitchen + Tiki Bar offers a delicious Filipino menu with amazing tiki cocktails in an outdoor setting, right in the heart of downtown Chatham.
In developing the visual identity, we wove together both modern and heritage design motifs to craft a brand as vibrant as its menu.
What began with adding Mom’s Homemade Lumpia to Mom & Pop’s Burgers menu in 2016, evolved into a Filipino pop-up, exploring Mom’s Filipino roots and now, proudly Aplaya Kitchen + Tiki Bar. This is a love letter to the Filipino community on Cape Cod as well as an opportunity to offer something new and exciting.
